Refund Policy

At Civils Hub IAS, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our services. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to request a refund or cancel your subscription. 2. Full Refund Policy

Our full refund policy is valid for 2 days from the date of purchase. If 2 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a full refund.

  • Your subscription should not have been utilized. This means you should not have submitted any questions or essays for evaluation.

3. Partial Refund Policy

You may be eligible for a partial refund of 50% under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Partial Refund:

  • You should not have submitted more than 10 General Studies (GS) questions and 2 essays.
  • You are not eligible for a partial refund after 10 days from the commencement of the plan.

Process for Requesting a Partial Refund:

  • To request a partial refund, please contact us at support@civilshubias.com within 10 days of the commencement of the plan with your receipt or proof of purchase.

4. Refund Processing

Processing Time:

  • Once we receive your refund request, we will inspect the conditions and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:
    • Check your bank account again.
    • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    • Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
